The Top 2 teams of 2011-13 ICC Intercontinental Cup One-Day will qualify for World Cup 2015. And the remaining 6 will wait for World Cup Qualifier with TOP 2 teams of Division 3 and 2 teams of Division 2 (PNG and Hongkong).

The TOP 2 teams of Division 3 will be decided by Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 3 2013 that will be hosted by Bermuda comprising Bermuda, Italy, Nepal, USA, Oman and Uganda. The 2 teams of Division 2 are Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong.

Cricket World Cup 2015 Qualification procedure

The outcome of as many as four tournaments will determine which Associate and Affiliate teams qualify for the 2015 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

The tournament will comprise 14 teams, of which ten are the current Test-playing nations. The top two teams in the ongoing Intercontinental One-Day Cup - an eight-team tournament that runs till October 2013 - will also go through to the World Cup. The six remaining teams will join four others from the World Cricket League (teams placed third and fourth in Division Two, and those that finish first and second in Division Three) in a qualifying tournament, with the finalists making it to the World Cup.

The ICC, before its June conference, had decided, at a meeting in April, to stick to just ten teams in the 2015 World Cup but a wave of protests from the Associates, who feared exclusion, forced the member boards and the governing body to reconsider that decision. It was then agreed at Hong Kong that the 2015 World Cup will be a 14-team tournament, preceded by a qualifying round for the Associate teams.

QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE FOR NEPAL

Nepal is currently in Division 3. If Nepal becomes TOP 2 in division 3 match then Nepal can play World Cup Qualifier. During Qualifier if it finishes in TOP 2 then it qualifies for world cup. Along with it Nepal will be promoted to division 1 and will get ODI status too.

In case Nepal doesn't finish in TOP 2 and finishes in TOP 6 then it will be only promoted to Division 1 and the hope of World Cup 2015 smashes and hope arises for next world cup. Lastly if Nepal also couldn't grab TOP 6 position then will be only promoted to Division 2.

९२ प्रतिशत सरकारी सेयर रहेको दूरसञ्चार सेवा प्रदायक नेपाल टेलिकमले एसटिडी नभएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट पनि अर्को अञ्चलको मोबाइलमा कल गर्न सक्ने व्यवस्था गर्न लागेको हो।

'मोबाइलबाट मोबाइलमै देशभरि कल गर्दा एउटै स्थानीय चार्ज लाग्दै आएकोमा साउनदेखि एसटिडी नभएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट पनि यो सुविधा थप्दैछौं,' टेलिकम प्रवक्ता सुरेन्द्रप्रसाद थिकेले भने। अहिले काठमाडौंदेखि अरू अञ्चलका मोबाइलमा लोकल कलमात्र भएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट फोन लाग्दैन। ल्यान्डलाइनबाट एउटा अञ्चलदेखि अर्को अञ्चलको मोबाइलमा कल गर्न एसटिडी सुविधा हुनुपर्छ।

'एउटा अञ्चलको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट अर्को अञ्चलको मोबाइलमा कल गर्दा एसटिडीकै महसुल नलागे पनि सुविधा भने हुनैपर्थ्यो, त्यस्तो प्रावधान हटाउन लागिएको हो,' थिकेले भने। अहिले ल्यान्डलाइनबाट देशभरि जहाँसुकैको मोबाइलमा कल गर्दा पनि मिनेटको एक रुपैयाँमात्र महसुल लाग्छ। 

एउटा अञ्चलमा लिएको मोबाइल अर्कै अञ्चलमा पुगेर प्रयोगमा भइरहेकाले एसटिडी हुनैपर्ने प्रावधान अव्यावहारिक ठान्दै हटाउन लागिएको हो। 'यसबाट टेलिकमको आर्थिक पक्ष पनि राम्रो हुने हाम्रो विश्लेषण छ,' उनले भने। 

एसटिडी नभएको फोनबाट अर्को अञ्चलमा फोन गर्न मिल्ने हो भने कल संख्या र समयसमेत बढ्ने अपेक्षा टेलिकमको छ। विराटनगर वा नेपालगन्जमा रहेका टेलिकमका मोबाइल ग्राहक काठमाडौं आउँदा यहाँ स्थानीय कलमात्र भएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट कल हुन सक्दैनथ्यो। साउनदेखि यो व्यवस्था हटाएर स्थानीय कलको सुविधामात्र भएको ल्यान्डलाइबाट पनि देशभरि जहाँसुकैका मोबाइलमा सिधै कल गर्न मिल्ने प्रावधान थप्दैछ।

Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 4 2012

Malaysia as the neutral venue of world circket with high infrastructure has the series of tournaments to be hosted. After the hosting of last U-19 Asia Cup, it is going to host World Cricket League Division 4 of ICC which is the most conveinent way for the participants to make their position in World Cup 2015. 

As the latest information given by ICC, the tournament will be held from 3rd to September to the 10th of September 2012.

Breakthrough !

The loss is more than the achievement. Collection is more than the utilization. Budget is big on speech but nothing in practice. Competition is just a slogan as reservation is our religion. These are unwanted reality of Nepal.

Political Deadlock

The achievement of Second People movement is worthless to rewrite as the path shown by it is lost. The investment of time and money has gone in vain. Millions of budgets are strictly utilized only for the salary rather than several projects of the country. The eradication of fundamental problems are paralyzed by the budget activities but the authority is idle. Martyrs, who are the ornaments of nation are played like the game. Competition on boosting up the number of martyrs has been the newly formed tradition of us. If anyone dies accidently or by other means, then he/she dies for nation, isn't it ridiculous?

I don't want Baburam and Rambaran to call Dr. in front as none of them are able to identify even the injury of nation rather they are involved in making up their identity for next election. Though the contemporary situation of Nepal is the outcome of several hindrances, no lesson has been learnt by them.

Road Expansion

Feeling proud to say that sometimes government shows forwardness in execution. Extension of roads, Traffic activities, supervision of different places(hotels, shops, etc) are admirable. The forwardness of government in collaboration with security forces for the attainment of perfection in the available infrastructures is really significant step played from authority. In addition to this strick traffic checking is getting more popularity among the citizens of Nepal which is adding a soothing balm in the pain of all. Despite all the realities, politics is the mirror of nation. Unless politics is purified the nation can't show the purity among the countries of globe.

The most hoped Constituent Assembly has gone in vain with the achievement for particular 601s. In this constitutional deadlock government has declared the next CA-level election for Mangsir 7. The accomplishment of so called election will be hard nut to crack for the government due to the demand of non-government parties for the formation of consensus government. There is no doubt in the personality of Baburam but the scenario of politics has created black spot in his personality for not being able to bring all the parties in agreement during the history-collapsing decision.

Unsuccessful Leader !!

In the contemporary situation, the dissociation of existing political parties and addition of number of new parties from all around has brought doubt in the politics of Nepal. The pessimistic speech of people for new election doesn't ensure the brightness of future.

Due to several complexities, the BREAKTHROUGH in contemporary situation is very hard to make a reality. A nation can't stay long with political and constitutional deadlock. So, the most suitable ways for the eradication of all complexities must be sought before anything wrong happens !!!

ACC U-19 Asia Cup 2012 :: Nepal's Chance

After the comfortable victory of Nepal against Malaysia on it's second match of tournament, Nepal has made it's probability of entering the next round.

As according to the points table, India will be entering the next round only after the victory against Nepal but Nepal is also in the same state. The Nepal's victory is supposed to be the significant one as there are many issues between the Nepal and India.
