काठमाडौं, असार २८- ल्यान्डलाइन टेलिफोनबाट देशभरिका मोबाइलमा पनि अब लोकल कल हुने भएको छ। टेलिकमले आगामी साउन १ देखि लोकल कल सुविधामात्र रहेका ल्यान्डलाइनबाट दिन लागेको यो सुविधा जिएसएम र सिडिएमए दुवै फोनका लागि हो। अर्को अञ्चलको मोबाइलमा फोन गर्न एसटिडी सुविधा हुनैपर्ने बाध्यता हटाएर लोकल कलको सुविधामात्र भएको फोनबाट देशभरि मोबाइलमा कल गर्न सकिन्छ । 


९२ प्रतिशत सरकारी सेयर रहेको दूरसञ्चार सेवा प्रदायक नेपाल टेलिकमले एसटिडी नभएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट पनि अर्को अञ्चलको मोबाइलमा कल गर्न सक्ने व्यवस्था गर्न लागेको हो।

'मोबाइलबाट मोबाइलमै देशभरि कल गर्दा एउटै स्थानीय चार्ज लाग्दै आएकोमा साउनदेखि एसटिडी नभएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट पनि यो सुविधा थप्दैछौं,' टेलिकम प्रवक्ता सुरेन्द्रप्रसाद थिकेले भने। अहिले काठमाडौंदेखि अरू अञ्चलका मोबाइलमा लोकल कलमात्र भएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट फोन लाग्दैन। ल्यान्डलाइनबाट एउटा अञ्चलदेखि अर्को अञ्चलको मोबाइलमा कल गर्न एसटिडी सुविधा हुनुपर्छ।

'एउटा अञ्चलको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट अर्को अञ्चलको मोबाइलमा कल गर्दा एसटिडीकै महसुल नलागे पनि सुविधा भने हुनैपर्थ्यो, त्यस्तो प्रावधान हटाउन लागिएको हो,' थिकेले भने। अहिले ल्यान्डलाइनबाट देशभरि जहाँसुकैको मोबाइलमा कल गर्दा पनि मिनेटको एक रुपैयाँमात्र महसुल लाग्छ। 

एउटा अञ्चलमा लिएको मोबाइल अर्कै अञ्चलमा पुगेर प्रयोगमा भइरहेकाले एसटिडी हुनैपर्ने प्रावधान अव्यावहारिक ठान्दै हटाउन लागिएको हो। 'यसबाट टेलिकमको आर्थिक पक्ष पनि राम्रो हुने हाम्रो विश्लेषण छ,' उनले भने। 

एसटिडी नभएको फोनबाट अर्को अञ्चलमा फोन गर्न मिल्ने हो भने कल संख्या र समयसमेत बढ्ने अपेक्षा टेलिकमको छ। विराटनगर वा नेपालगन्जमा रहेका टेलिकमका मोबाइल ग्राहक काठमाडौं आउँदा यहाँ स्थानीय कलमात्र भएको ल्यान्डलाइनबाट कल हुन सक्दैनथ्यो। साउनदेखि यो व्यवस्था हटाएर स्थानीय कलको सुविधामात्र भएको ल्यान्डलाइबाट पनि देशभरि जहाँसुकैका मोबाइलमा सिधै कल गर्न मिल्ने प्रावधान थप्दैछ।

टेलिकमले अहिले मोबाइलमा मेचीदेखि महाकालीसम्म जहाँ कल गरे पनि पोस्टपेडमा मिनेटको एक रुपैयाँ र प्रिपेडमा डेढ रुपैयाँमात्र लिने एकल महसुल दर लगाएको छ। तर, ल्यान्डलाइनमा भने लोकल, 'क' वर्ग र 'ख' वर्ग गरी तीन प्रकारको महसुल छ। 

एसटिडी सुविधा लिनैपर्ने र तीन वर्ग हटाएर भविष्यमा देशभरि एउटै लोकल दर लगाउनेतर्फ पनि टेलिकमले अध्ययन गरिरहेको छ। अहिले टेलिकमको आम्दानी एसटिडीबाट क्रमशः घट्दै गइरहेको छ भने लोकल कलबाट निरन्तर बढिरहेको छ। एउटै महसुल गर्ने हो भने कल संख्या र समय पनि बढ्छ।

Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 4 2012

Malaysia as the neutral venue of world circket with high infrastructure has the series of tournaments to be hosted. After the hosting of last U-19 Asia Cup, it is going to host World Cricket League Division 4 of ICC which is the most conveinent way for the participants to make their position in World Cup 2015. 

As the latest information given by ICC, the tournament will be held from 3rd to September to the 10th of September 2012. 

ICC World Cricket League

Nepal, Denmark, Malaysia(Host), Singapore, Tanzania and USA are the participants among whose top 2 will be upgraded to Division 3. The match of Division 3 will be organized on 2013. This Division League is the best way for the cricket nations to secure their seats in World Cricket Cup. 

Kinrara Oval, Selangor Turk Club, Royal Selangor Club are the three stadiums on which the matches will be played. The fixture of this match will be uploaded as soon as it is declared by ICC. Stay close with Mikasha Station for Live Score update.
