सत्ता अनि भत्ताले डुबायो देश .. Dead Constitutional Assembly

ती आस्तित्व नै गुमाएका  पूर्व सभासद्लाई एक महिनाको बढी भत्ता दिने अरे । त्यति मात्रले पुग्दैन भनेर घर जानलाई गाडीको होएन Plane को भाडा । येसरी पहिलेनै  नौ अर्ब झ्वाम परेकालाई ६०००० को दरले तलब दिने नेतृत्वसंग कुनै लाज नै रहेनछ भन्नुमा कसको मत बजीएला र ! ।

हामी नेपाली जनताले विश्वास गरेर ४ वर्ष को लाई स्वीकार गरेको अरे संविधानसभाको म्याद । जब समय घर्किन्छ तब जनताको चाहनालाई येसो अनि उसो भन्दै बोल्छन नेताहरु । थुक्क राजनीति येस्तो पनि हुदो रहेछ त्यो देशमा जहाँ चाहनाका थुप्रै पर्खालहरु बनाइएका छन् । क्रान्तिकारी अरे, अग्रगमन अरे अनि खै के को सर्बोचता, इत्यादी नाराहरु पनि घन्किए । लोकप्रियताको लागि हो कि कुन्नि भारतीय विस्तारबाद को सीमामै गएर चर्को बिरोध गरियो तर कुनै सिन्को भाचियो जस्तो लागेन । त्यो खर्चिलो ४ वर्षमा घरीघरी आसाका कदम पनि चालिए । देश को बजेटमा बिशाल क्रान्ति ल्याउने काम सम्झने आधार भताभुंग भयो जब भ्रस्टाचारले सिमाना नाग्यो । 

संविधानसभालाई रंगमञ्च बनाएर नाटक प्रदर्सन गर्ने बाहेक अरु कुनै काम भएन चार वर्षमा । सहमतिको प्रयास त्यो पनि अन्तिम घडीमा । धेरै पटक आस जगाउने झुटो सहमतिको खेलले कतै सदाको लागि निरन्तरता पाउने त होएन भन्ने डर पनि थियो हामीमा तर अब त्यो बाकी रहेन । संबिधान सभाको बिगठन संगै राष्ट्रले बेहोरिरहेको बिशाल आर्थिक कस्ट हटेको छ । तर आन्धकर बाटोमा देश अब कसरि अघि बढ्ला भन्ने चिन्ता जनतामा त छ तर नैतिकता नै नभएको नेतृत्वमा कति छ कुन्नि ?

कोहि भन्ने गर्छन कि यदि राजा भैदिएको भए कमसेकम नौ अर्ब त बेकारमा जादैनथ्यो । कता कता ती तर्कहरु पनि अर्थपूर्ण लाग्छ तर देश फेरी पछी फर्कन सक्दैन । नाराको पछी लाग्ने जनतालाई मीठो स्वाद चखायो गएको चार वर्षले, तेसैले पनि चार बर्साई पूर्ण रुपमा उपलब्धिहिन भयो भन्न मिल्दैन । देशमा कायापलटनै नभएपनि केहि परिवर्तनका प्रयासहरु भए । अग्रसरताका थुप्रै नमुनाहरु देखिए । राजनीतिक दबाबका थुप्रै बाटोहरु आबलंबन गरियो । यस क्रममा केहि नेताहरुको रामलीला हेर्ने मौका पनि पायौ हामी जनताले । तसर्थ केहि न केहि दिएर गएको छ बितेको चार वर्षले ।

सबैभन्दा मज्जाको कुरा त सत्ता थियो । जब म्याद थप्ने बेला आयो तब नया सरकार आयो । एउटा, दुइवटा,.. होएन चार ओटा सरकार आयो तर सुम्पिएका केहि कार्य सम्पन्न भएनन् । दुखको कुरा भन्नु पर्छा लाखौको भ्रस्टाचार अनि करोडौको खर्चले गर्दा प्रत्यक सरकार देशको अर्थतन्त्रमा भार बनेर आयो । बाबुरामको सरकारनै किन नहोस्, पचासौ नेपालीलाई मन्त्रि हुने मौका मिल्यो । यसले देशलाई डुबायो, चुर्लुम्मै डुबायो । परदेशको सहयोग अनि सोझा नेपाली जनताको कर को राम्रै फाइदा उठाए क्रान्तिकारीहरुले । अचम्मै मान्न पर्छ सत्ताको खेललाई फोहोरी मान्ने कम्युनिष्टहरुकै नेतृत्वमा बित्यो चार वर्ष, त्यो पनि बिना उपलब्धि ।

हो, अब हामीलाई यो भन्न के को लाज कि , सत्ता अनि भत्ता ले डुबायो देश ।

Lost Path ::: Nepal

Constitutional Assembly of Nepal

We are 5 yrs forward from the historical election of constitutional assembly. Two years from the election of CA, was the deadline to publish the new constitution. It implies the CA was given tenure of 2 yrs for its functioning. Though it has functioned a lot, but all the functions are out of the destination. The functions must go towards the formation of constitution and completion of peace process along with management of Maoist Combatants but progress can't be traced besides the speech and commitment of political leaders. This is the period to lure the professionals towards the politics eliminating the concept of Dirtiness in political ground. 

Since three years we are aimless and out of target. We are moving with aim that we have lost already. We are going out of our specifications. We were specified to complete the peace process and Constitution making within 2 yrs, the added 1 yrs,,,,,,..... but all the additions were gone in vain. Thus we have lost the trend of peace process and constitution development from the beginning of additional time and gained the system of New Government. So, we are now addicted to build new government regardless the tenure of a normally functioning government. 

Fruitless, commitment of National consensus repeats with the beginning of every new government, shows a bit ray of light and disappears with the formation of new Majority Government. And it is our system, our path with is totally different from the originally determined one. 

So, the path of constitution construction and peace process completion begun at the beginning of CA was left and must be adopted right now so that the upcoming time will bring positive tides in Nepalese people, their face and their livelihood.

At the eleventh hour...

It's not the only post claiming for striking the strike. Thousands of posts has been published against the strike of Nepal. Neither the protesting group nor the government is giving its attention towards the solution of the problem. 

The Most Awaited Eleventh Hour Decision:

But this post is not only claiming of the strike of strike but for something most critical issue of the time. Currently it is very hard nut to crack for the government to be directed to multi-direction. Government of Nepal is at the eleventh hour and focusing more on constitution not for making but for increasing the period of time of CA. Shameless political leaders must hide their head onwards because they neither succeeded to make NEW NEPAL defined by NEW CONSTITUTION nor they succeeded to stop illegal activities going against the descending economic status of the country.

An unknown cause is working carefully behind, that is urging the leaders of Nepal to remain idle until there is time and to be active at the eleventh hour. As a consequence we are still deprived to step a step in Peace Process. Though the words of political leaders are filled with optimistic feeling, no such symptoms have been traced out so that a citizen can be made believed about the future happenings. 

It is also not the fact that the public pressure is insufficient because lots of public and private organizations including students, journalists, embassy, etc are launching several programs in both national and international arena from long run. Thus, we failed to built the new constitution is the given time period. 

There is a solution of either organizing fresh election or increasing the time length. The result after the increment of time period if the mission is not accomplished again will be dreadful enough. So the most awaited decision is not far from the day. The 14th of Jestha (28th of May) will decide the upcoming days of Nepal. 

Until the deadline, it is the mysterious part of Nepali politics.
