Regarding the breaking of News, Sports and others, FACEBOOK has been the best media. Lots of people are engaged in it who are totally involved and dedication for the nationality from all the possible ways. Engagement of natives against the hidden colonism of border country is sure to ensure the protection of national sovereignty.

Moreover, Nepali Sports is growing much via digital media. Listening news on sports on Television is very rare because every bulletin has sports news at the end of program. So sports is totally hated by media in case of publishing the sports news. Broadcasting one or two short lengthed program in the television doesn't implies the full dedication of media on Sports. This claims and demands the establishment of Sports television which is awaited much.

Series of Triumph and Despair : Nepali Politics

It's five years since the process of Constitution and Peace process commenced. Huge masses of people inaugurating second people's movement targeted lots of goals to achieve as they succeed to throw-out monarchy from Nepal. The most awaited election gave the result in favour of 25 political parties for two years but the mandate of citizen is nothing in this state. Law stands beyond the political understanding. Courts bow infront of executive. Thus, Nepal here is such a state ruled by law where law are directed by executive and politics. Guilty are given excuse though they are given penalty even by Supreme court. Anti-nationalists roams not only in the nation but in the cabinet of ministers who are kept exceptional thought they must be boycotted from such administrative organs. 

Despite the difficulties, Nepal proved itself as a country to target itself towards the constitution development process by dissolving old constitution. Peace process started under the supervision of UNMIN (UN's organs). Many steps like change in UNMIN's head, counting of combatants, etc gave a big hope in the eyes of citizen but they remained uncompleted. Appointment of national commission to supervise the combatants after the departure of UNMIN was a hopeful action but no marking tasks are traced till now except the agreement to do something in the very near future. Comprehensive Peace Agreement is such a agreement providing boundless hopes in Nepali but the series of unfulfilled agreements has underevaluated the norms and identity of agreement in politics. No citizen shows alertness nowadays for a agreement because they are made to sign and burn. 

Number of parties in CA increased, government increased, members in cabinet boosted with every consecutive government, agreement increased, tenure of CA increased with each deadline but they were only the series of Triumph and Despair. We don't know the rules behind the series but they are really familiar to Nepali politics. Like a game, leaders of Nepal sometime brings the ray of hope and sometime turns off all the brightness.

Inviting Political Deadlock

What the politics we are on ? :: Nepal

The two biggest occasions (Dashain and Tihar), are one after another but the nation gets no triumph. No pleasure to the politics. Nepal is pacing ahead from last 5 yrs for the same goal but is still unsuccessful to grasp the one. Government of Nepal, has proved itself to be the source of earning for 601s. Probably, the poor country of rich citizens is none other than Nepal. 

Crores of budgets are granted by citizens to the country through taxes for the celebration but the nation is showing idleness in constructional works only for the economic difficulties. It is easy to exemplify the situation. Lots of illustrations can be taken. Tourism Year - 2011 was declared and is at the end but Nepal Airline Corporation which is supposed to imports more air-tourists is confined in one-airbus. Though the issue of buying new airbus is very old, every steps to import the aeroplane is full of corruption. This activities leads towards the spoken development but not the practical one. Fascinating speech of government has been the tradition that the government can neither leave nor implement. 

Dr. Bhattarai, who is really the brilliant personality in Nepali politics also stepped back from his speech. Thus, no one leaders proved themselves as a dutiful. All are the raddish of same field. In the sack of rotten potato, the existence of raw one is neglected so is the situation of Nepali politics. Among 601 there are obviously the good leaders but all the ray of hope are dismissed by the darkness. The majority is in favour of darkness. This is why the hopes of brightness aren't exposed. 

This is the result of party-based politics. And we are on the political deadlock.

As a developing nation and newly emerging Republic Nation of South Asia, Republic Nepal is facing lots of challenges to pace towards the development. Because, development is totally impossible beyond promotion of Native products in today's competitive market of the world. The world had reached to the optimum policy of market paving the way of online marketing. This concept is totally new-one to almost all the businessman of Nepali trade/business. In this type of illiteracy, to overcome the world market is a hard nut to crack. 

A person prefers cheap pastic-made chair rather than hand-made tool made of bamboos in Nepali houses.  City people uses electric mixture to grind the edible substance, this has under-estimated the importance of Nepali Silauto, jato, dhiki, etc. And it is the fact that the modern man doesn't prefer old things which was our own products. So, those things must be manufactured commercially by the industries at local or regional level. More easy-to-use product modified from the old native products must be brought in action to replace the increasing trend of foreign cheap market.

Straw mat (Gundri)  is good for health but produces dusts while folding and unfolding. It creates difficulties in handling those mats. So, nowadays a person are lured towards plastic mats which are non-dusty and easy to fold and unfold. Similarly, bamboo-made Nepali boards are totally replaced by foreign plastic one. This is the magic of price. No educated Nepali consumers thinks about the native products, they only thinks about the price and selects only that is cheap and discard the expensive one, which is indirectly ruining the Native market. It is leading the the competition of national market towards negative direction.

To replace this trend, Nepal government must bring strong strategy for the promotion of Nepali cottage industries in action which in result can provide the products in competitive rate of market. This policy is economic at first but is beneficial as there is the utilization of own products. This makes the nation more independent and reduces the imports of fundamentally produced produces which is positive indicator of national economy.

This time no news-listeners feels strange to hear the name of Libya i.e. he is confirmed that there is the country named Libya in the world. And it is also not necessary to tell about the existence of USA, UK, China, etc in the world geography. They are the country of the world. 

But there are many person who don't know about Nepal? Yes, according to the survey carried out by Mikasha's Station on Facebook Chat there were many people from South Africa, Kenya, Chile, etc who are unknown about the country Nepal. We felt very nervous to hear that Nepal lies in India/China. We felt sad to hear their GK that Lord Buddha was born in India and Mt. Everest lies in China. Analyzing this replies, no person can trace there is an existence of Nepal. 

Mt. Everest, Lord Buddha are the Identities of Nepal (Republic Nepal). They are the own properties of country Nepal. And there lies the Independent Nepal in between India and China. It's a small geography in the world altas who has remained sovereign since it's existence. The so called powerful British India who ruled over India also surrendered in front of Great Gurkhas (Nepali). Nepal is filled up with the blood of victory, blood of enthusiasm, sovereignty and independence. It has proved itself as the powerful nation from then to now.

Yes, the same country, Nepal has proclaimed 2011 as Tourism Year but still we found many people who are unkown about this. We are feeling sad to know this but very glad to address this in widely circulated post of Mikasha's Station. 

The problem with this nation is that it comprises only one international airport and most of the airways are linked with Indian airports. So, Nepal is loosing many incomes from abroad. Many unfavourable results have been listened that the visitors to Nepal have returned from border since they are new to Nepal and don't know its geography.

Then to Now :: Periodic Government of Nepal

The political condition of  Nepal is worsening and tending to the worst condition of any political system. Many drawbacks of Political system of Nepal can be easily traced from then to now. A big hope of New Nepal was put forward to Nepalese Citizen. With ambitious dreams, 25 political parties formally joined Constitutional Assembly and have divided mysteriously and now there are 30 political parties. Nepali citizen have send 25 political parties in CA but addition of 5 more parties is creating doubts over the acts of leaders. They are underestimating the mandate of Citizen and going on the path other than the determined one. 

For a constitution to be drafted 3 government formed and dissolved. But till now a single draft hasn't been shown to the people. This symbolizes the game of formation and disintegration of Government on the periodic basis. The tenure of a government completes with the new agreement between top 3 political parties. Then a new government forms of same background but the beginning of formation is not beyond the ambitious deliveries to the citizens. At the beginning of formation of every government, there hasn't been a time that advocated for majority government. All parties put forward their strategy to form national consensus government but with condition of one to another. This is not the system, it is unsystematic one. Only the hope that is ambitious in the beginning but fruitless at the end. 

No matter, whose government comes on appearance, it will end with new agreement at deadline of Constitutional Assembly. A new deadline is marked and new government comes and stays upto the newly marked deadline. This game has been an interesting one but has been economically heavy for Nation. 

Thus, the political properties of Nepal is the periodic function of the Government Formation. isn't it?

The Nationality developed in Sports :: From Nepal

No person is an exception to this topic. A person who doesn't know Cricket, shows interest at the match if his/her country plays. Same in a person who doesn't know Football loves his/her nation playing in international level of Football Tournament. And this is The Sports Nationality. 

Mikasha's Station strongly places in post by seeing the interest of thousands of Nepali supporters clattering in social networking sites with thousands of comments and likes. There was no media to broadcast the live score except ESPN which was malfunctioning in many of the matches. At such critical condition, Nepali supporters broke the stone and searched different places and found NRN-Ireland which regularly went providing the most quick update, quicker than any other so called ESPN. Mikasha's Station too in collaboration with NRN-Ireland has broadcasted the live score event as a result of which we are much more impressed. We were impressed by the love of Nepali supporters towards their team despite their economic and technical difficulties. 

Nepal Government is thousands step behind the Nepalese. No Nepali media came ahead to broadcast the event. In this globalized world it would be easier to telecast the event via Communication Satellite but it was discarded by all the medias. Nepal Television (NTV) holding the paid authority to telecast the event was also found very late on updating the event. Mikasha's Station on Facebook as Score Breaker and on Twitter as @Mikasha judged the devotion of Nepali towards their Sports Team. 

The supporters were neither supporting the Cricket nor the Football but their National Team. A Nepali being frustrated with Football event was found cheering and exposing the pain of defeat which was supposed to heal with the result of Cricket. They were found wishing the treatment of Defeat in Football by the Victory in Cricket. 

This is the good sign to bright Sports Future. Is the unity of Nepali in International Event for other's defeat against them. It can certainly stood as a news in near future which will surely poke the Government of Nepal to do something for Sports, to build the infrastructure and develop new profession.

A Vegetarian Article :: Go Vegetarian

An article, inclined towards vegetarians but also is crucial for those who are non-veg.

We are the human, more intellect than any others, with mind and improved technologies. We know a lot but do less. We are cautious about many destruction but are performing many such activities which invites destruction. We are clever and create lots of arguments, thoughts to prove ourselves. We don't want to realize our mistake though we have done. We go on proving the mistake as correct things. If a pen went slip then the writer doesn't regard a mistake but explain differently. I am telling all these background not related to Veg and Non-Veg surfacely, but these are those things which are closely related with Veg and Non-Veg natures of Human.

Who don't know, a cut pains ? I don't think there is human who don't know about the life, its' tenure and importance in nature. Every person know that an ant is equally important in nature. But an ant becomes negligible for such person who don't care others' life. Those person only survive for their life but not for others. No Non-veg practically respect the life of all those respires. Such theoretical mind are directed against Vegetarian. No body feels the pain of others who are non-related to them. A person feels the pain of his/her relatives but not of those who are not related to the blood/generation.

An ant, a dog, a cow, a buffalo, a hen and every creatures have its family. Have their blood, relations, life and aims for surviving. They are continuously struggling for their existence in the nature. They fought against different natural calamities for their survival but so called Intellect Non-Veg man kills all the remaining destination of such innocent life. Interesting things is that, a Meat eater brings meat from shop and have a meal with fun and says that I haven't kill this, I have paid money and purchased. CAN LIFE BE BROUGHT WITH MONEY? No, man. Though we are called Intellectual, many person among us are mis-utilizing their knowledges, aren't living for their life but for others' death. It is not natural . It is a sin. A dark patch in Human Civilization.

A life long process -- Constitution of Nepal

It is not the first article to represent the heading, Several such headed articles are published on different blogs and it can't be new to the readers too. Mikasha's Station today also strongly addressing this heading as an article over this blog for the recent event on Nepal's Government. Recently, despite the opposition of own Party's decision, current Prime Minister, Jhal Nath Khanal in the presence of President Dr. Rambaran Yadav organized Oath ceremony.

Constitutional Assembly, Nepal

Last time the tenure of Constitutional Assembly was extended by 3 months on the mutual understanding  between Nepali Congress (Opposition), UCPN (Maosit) and Government of Nepal. The then 5-points agreement signed by the primeminister too had strongly addressed the resignation of him for the formation of National Consensus Government. But against the norm of the agreement, despite searching the possible ways of national consensus, Nepal Government stepped the annoying step against the mandate given by the Opposition which had also given confirmation on 14th Jestha, for the increment of tenure of Constitutional Assembly. 

Now, Nepali Congress is with its strong protesting activities starting from House. The meetings of House has been postponed regularly on the co-ordination of major opposition party with the only demand of fulfillment of 5-points agreement by the resignation of Prime Minister. Addition of 10 more ministers collectively from Maosit (9) and Forum (1) is symbolizing the non-directional steps taken by Government. 

In this situation, the government should have done lots of constructive works on Peace and Constitution to lure the party of opposition but it did the construction of its own cabinet. The activities going on seems that the government at the eleventh hour is endeavoring to provide the taste of Ministry to all the remaining leaders. Bi-treaty between only two parties of government doesn't provide any meaning to National Consensus but it adds suspicious feelings over the parties on opposition. It hinders the path of co-operation, national consensus and ultimately the mandate of Peoples' Movement - II will be shadowed. 

Probably, this date is less than a month far from the newly created deadline of constitutional assembly. No points of agreement are accepted in practice. So, the upcoming deadline can kill Constitutional assembly because in the lack of performance of 5-points agreement, to bring opposition in agreement for the next time will be a hard nut to crack. 

In the meantime, there must be a progress in Peace and Constitutional process. Then only the last increment will get true taste and paves the path for next increment and accomplishment of constitutional making process. This time we have constructed many parties in assembly, many cabinets in executives but failed to add a single brick on peace process.

After increasing the tenure for several times, no national consensus government formed as they were proclaimed earlier. The wrong image is being traced on every citizens that "Constitution is a life long Process".

DEADLINE OF CONSTITUTIONAL ASSEMBLY :: 14th Bhadra, 2068

The world won't be world anymore ::

I don't think that the word "WORLD" is vague, vast, enormous and lengthy to travel around. For the person who are surfing this page, in my point of view aren't beyond the any corners of the world. I think no one is there among the visitor who are unable to know about their unknown topics. It is because, all the internet users who knows to run net on their supporting devices can get anything they desire from the pages over net. 

Globalization

Not a computer, but a hand held device is enough of a person to surf the world. The facilities of Maps by Google, Bing, etc has enabled to view every corner of the world from different angles. A lost internet user can find his/her way via this technology. No person in the world will be unfamiliar with any corner of the world.. 

If anyone asked about Gaidakot, then Google Maps will direct to the point, shows the path and even trace out the important buildings. The talk is not only related to maps, but with all the possible things, incidents, informations, etc which would be very hard to find out in the absence of Internet. No one could read this article, no one in the world could run FACBOOK, etc if there was no technology of communication. Thus, is our pride to be the part of the Virtual World. 

Globalizing World

Yes, the Virtual World, me from the corner of Nepal, can chat with the person sitting on Kenya. I can comment the article written by Afgani, I can do video/voice call with messengers and boarden the personal and social networking. The past was totally different. A person about 100 yrs ago haven't thought about this, but the desire, the convention leads to the consequence at present. 

And this is what "GLOBALIZATION" meant by. Today we can rotate around the corners of world as spinning the small globe in the desk. We can reach the house location in a second with high speed internet as we spin the GLOBE with our hand. You are reading this article, and this is globalization. I would not publish this post, you would not read this article, can't comment me, if and only if there was no GLOBALIZATION. 

Thus, this services has revolutionized the WORLD's layout, and the then world is not the world at present.

Terrorism and It's Challenges

Terrorism is the principle. A special type of principle followed by the group of people who want to revolt through the damage and destruction in the country or world. It is not defined by the own person bur declared by International Unions like United Nations.

In fact, a person does not follow the terrorism but his path is called terrorism after the judgment done by other third parties.

Terrorism and its challenges

Nowadays, terrorism is spreading in the world as sky-rocketing. An internationally renowned organization i.e. United Nations Organization has got special right to declare the group of people as Terrorists. Terrorists are totally devoted towards their aim and determination.

We must know that terrorism does not remain terrorism for all the time. We have lots of example to verify this statement. Communist Party of Nepal (CPN), Maoist who were declared as terrorist before fourteen years are not considered terrorists today. It means, terrorism is the principle that is against the running rule of country or world. If terrorism or the principles followed by it get world wide appreciation then the terrorist of today does not remain terrorist tomorrow.

Taliban, Alquada, etc are some umbrella organization that follows terrorism. They are doing lots of destructive activities against the running rule of country or world. For eg. Osama Bin Laden is a leader of Alquada or a terrorist who has planned and accomplished many bomb barding in world famous places like Twin Tower.

Today's world is facing lots of challenges from the terrorism. Since, it is against the world wide rule, the maintenance of constitutional uniformity is the main challenge brought by Terrorism. The effects of terrorism in the world are:

·         It stops the developmental activities in the affected geographical areas.

·         It brings social disorder.

·         It invites violence in the country and world., etc

Terrosim and its challenges

Beside this terrorism is against the regular economic growth of the country.

To encounter this challenges the policy of diplomacy, agreement and re-unite can be better then fight, war and revenge. Terrorists are also the social people who can be changed and adjusted in the society normally.

We can conclude terrorism as the most powerful anti-social principle whose challenge is centered for the continuous development of society.

Once again, resumption of Tourism

After a month long deadlock in Nepali politics, the most people from all around were seem confused about their destination towards Nepal. Lots of loss were bore by Nepal Government in the field of Tourism industry. Thousand of tourists were bound to return back to their home country from the border. This situation was even worsening the Nepal's Name and Fame in the world.

But now the condition has reversed. Today, the political crises had been solved already. The deadlock seen in Nepali politics was unlocked. So, every difficult circumstances brought by then situation has been cleared out. The flow of tourism in the beginning of Nepal Tourism Year - 2011 has once again resumed with the same energy, destination, target, roadmaps and achievements. 

The statistics shows the increment of Number of Visitors in the last every months in comparison with previous year. So, the campaign is made easier by the encouragement given by stat. While preparing this post Millions of tourists had already stepped the holy place of South Asia, i.e. Nepal, it's religious heritages, cultural identities, civilization, hospitality and Natural in the top. 

Together for Tourism

The groups of people who had brought deadlock in Nepali Tourism has remained silent after the increment of Tenure of Constitutional Assembly as the sign of optimist ism is seeing. Those bandhas which were hindering the immigration of Tourists are cleared out from Nepal. So, once again the Nepal is inviting the Tourists who were upset by the political deadlock. At the eleventh hour...

It's not the only post claiming for striking the strike. Thousands of posts has been published against the strike of Nepal. Neither the protesting group nor the government is giving its attention towards the solution of the problem. 

The Most Awaited Eleventh Hour Decision:

But this post is not only claiming of the strike of strike but for something most critical issue of the time. Currently it is very hard nut to crack for the government to be directed to multi-direction. Government of Nepal is at the eleventh hour and focusing more on constitution not for making but for increasing the period of time of CA. Shameless political leaders must hide their head onwards because they neither succeeded to make NEW NEPAL defined by NEW CONSTITUTION nor they succeeded to stop illegal activities going against the descending economic status of the country.

An unknown cause is working carefully behind, that is urging the leaders of Nepal to remain idle until there is time and to be active at the eleventh hour. As a consequence we are still deprived to step a step in Peace Process. Though the words of political leaders are filled with optimistic feeling, no such symptoms have been traced out so that a citizen can be made believed about the future happenings. 

It is also not the fact that the public pressure is insufficient because lots of public and private organizations including students, journalists, embassy, etc are launching several programs in both national and international arena from long run. Thus, we failed to built the new constitution is the given time period.

Daily Strikes and bandas is creating depression and anti feeling against Nepalese purity. This has urged the tourists to build up negative attitude towards Nepal. The situation has bound the tourists to go away from border rather than visiting Natural Nepal. This has not only affected Nepal but has also separated tourists to be a part of  breathtaking natural panorama of Nepali culture, Nature and others. 

No Nepali citizen can perform enough forces against Strike because they are divided into several groups in the name of strike with the demand of their favour. We are at the climax period of Nepal Tourism Year -2011, it is because the mid time of this year is very near to us. In this period several anti-social and anti-touristic activities hampers the flow of tourisms in the road and nature of Nepal. 

Most of the incoming tourist are made believed by the commitment of all political parties that they would not do road strike, dharna and other blocking activities during the period of Nepal Tourism Year. Being excited with this commitment most of the tourist are coming to visit Nepal at least of once. In astonishing contrast, the unknown and unpredicted strike is making stone in first bite for the first visitor of Nepal. 

Say No to Strike

Tourism Year is our campaign, it is related to the economic and social prestige of an individual, society and the nation at all. The success of this campaign is the success of every Nepali Citizen. Every revolting groups and supporters of strike must keep in their mind that their activities creates whether positive or negative image in the mind of Tourists.
